What brought you to yoga?
My friend,Maia, actually asked me if I wanted to do yoga with her and I thought I'd give it a try.
What benefits have you experienced from your practice?
Yoga so far has made me more relaxed, flexible and strong.
What is your favorite asana and why?
My favorite asana is warrior two because it is really hard to fall and it helps your strength in your legs.
