Summer is sweetly coming to an end and as there is an ending there is always a beginning.  Daniel and I have been feeling the transitional flow of energy in our students and in our lives.  It is wonderful to welcome so many of you back to your more steady practice as we step into Fall.  So much is new here with added classes and times as well as the addition of Dana Christian Lee to our instructor Kula. 
All of us here at Seva look forward to your presence and the opportunity to practice and grow with you.

Beginning Mens Yoga Monday nights with Daniel - Join us for a special class for men only. Enjoy greater flexibility, strength and stamina with a regular yoga practice

Seva Kids and Tweens go coed.  New class days and times for these classes.  Seva Yogini remains with same day and time for girls only.

Belly Dance has moved to THURSDAY nights, come shake and shimmy with Melanie.

GENTLE YOGA Wednesday at 10:30 - If you have not yet come and experienced the gentle and nurturing instruction of Mary Ellen Troy, its time you made it a priority.  This class is ideal for students with chronic symptoms such as muscle/joint pain, stiffness, stress and fatigue or for those who are just beginning an exercise program.

Hot Yoga with Daniel *NEW* on Sunday evenings.  5- 6:30 pm come and find new lengths and additional strength in the heated studio.  Please bring a towel and water.
