When attending classes taught by any of our instructors, you can be secure in the knowledge that the instruction comes from a solid yoga education fused with a personal passion for the practice.
I have recently completed my RYT in Detroit, MI with Katherine Lucas of Karma Yoga. I have had many great teachers over the years including Dana Christian Lee of Seva Yoga, Anusara teacher Betsey Downing and Shiva Rea.
I feel blessed to have the opportunity now to teach at Seva. I feel a true sense of community here practicing with friends and neighbors alike
