When attending classes taught by any of our instructors, you can be secure in the knowledge that the instruction comes from a solid yoga education fused with a personal passion for the practice.
Karen is a graduate of Illinois
State University and has a Bachelor of Science in Education with
an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. She discovered her
passion for Yoga almost three years ago and this life changing experience has
led her on the path to many great mentors and teachers, including the teachers
at Seva Yoga.
She is currently
finishing up training for her RYT and completing a specialty in children's
yoga. Karen has also trained in the Itsy Bitsy Yoga® method and
Storytime Yoga method and is thrilled to be able to blend her enthusiasm for
Yoga with her love for children.
