Women’s Support is a balancing and revitalizing tonic for the female reproductive system. It rejuvenates and energizes the system, building the body’s strength and stamina against the stresses of modern living. Nourishing to the blood and reproductive organs, Women’s Support gently maintains the healthy production of female hormones, helping to regulate the menstrual cycle and ease the transition into menopause. This cleansing formula removes excess pitta from the system and supports a healthy, uncongested monthly flow. Soothing to the nerves and tissues, it calms mental agitations and promotes abdominal comfort before and during menstruation. Shatavari, the main ingredient, is also a natural aphrodisiac and is traditionally used to support fertility and vitality.*

Saturday, April 28, 2-4pm

Kundalini Yoga came to the United States in
1969 when Yogi Bhajan landed in Los Angeles.
The foundation of Kundalini is the “Kriya”.
This Sanskrit word is translated as “action”
and refers to a series of physical exercises
designed to produce a specific result. Each
Kundalini class combines posture, movement,
breath work, sound and meditation.

Considered the “fast track to enlightenment”
Kundalini works to balance the nervous and
endocrine systems. In the process, it releases
stuck patterns and energizes our entire being.
According to Kundalini, we have 10 bodies:
the soul, 3 minds, the physical body, an arcline,
an aura, and pranic, subtle and radiant bodies.
In this session, we’ll explore our 10 bodies
through discussion, kriya, mantra and
meditation.

Kundalini is a sometimes vigorous, always
joyful practice. Come prepared to have fun.

March 3/4, 12-5pm each day

Through the Chakras: March 3

Chakras, wheels of light, spin within us, supporting our life energy and defining our perceptions and our experiences.

Located along the spinal axis, the 7 major chakras are associated with specific life functions. In this workshop, you’ll both learn about and experience these energy centers. Lecture, meditation, visualization, mantra, mudra and asana combine to open you to the spectrum of light within.

At the Wall: March 4

Walls outside; walls inside: yoga teaches us to address our barriers and use them to deepen our experience of life.

The workshop uses the studio walls to explore core integration, lines of energy and muscular actions within key asanas. It playfully makes use of external feedback to activate our inner eye so that we may open ourselves more fully to the movements of prana, to spirit, and to our own innate wisdom and beauty.
