I was 15 when I first found Yoga, and through years of practicing with various teachers and styles, the mat has become my second home. Since 2004, I (and my mat) have traveled to Asia, Africa and South America working as an English teacher and volunteer. When I began practicing Ashtanga, my Yoga began to take new life. In 2007, I completed my Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with my teacher, Sanjaya. Shortly after, my husband and I opened a studio in the mountains of the Atlantic Forest. I am honored to be a part of the Seva team and look forward to sharing the Ashtanga practice and exploring the bliss of Yoga with my students.
