seva yoga teacher training

The Seva Yoga 200 hour Teacher Training program has been designed to provide you with the training, practice and teaching experience to gain the skills and confidence necessary to become an effective Yoga teacher. Join me for the transformation, it all begins this Fall!

Bali retreat

In January 2011 I will be leading a group of 22 to Ubud, Bali for yet another one of a kind Yoga experience! We will stay and play at the Stay Human retreat center founded by Michael Franti and Carla Swanson.
