calming effect on growing bodies and minds. This program is designed to improve strength,
flexibility and concentration.
*hot yoga
Hot Yoga - we are offering the Ashtanga primary series. Ashtanga means
"eight-limbed yoga" and refers to the eightfold path outlined by the sage Patanjali. It is a
method in which a set series of poses is linked by vinyasa (flowing movement) and synchronized
with the breath to produce intense internal heat and purifying sweat. Classes are warm, vigorous
and challenging. Expect to perspire and bring a towel.
donation yoga
At Seva, we support the notion that Yoga should be accessible
to everyone regardless of their financial situation. This class is taught on
donation-basis, donation meaning "the act of giving." At the end of class, there is
an urn provided for your donation, which is suggested at $12 per class.
