Summer's radiance inspires the fire of transformation. Like all of nature we too feel the desire for growth and welcome change. Keeping ourselves open to newness, to opportunities, and to change helps our spirit remain bright and our soul content.
As I write this I am on vacation at Timberbluff. The breeze from the lake is perfect and the sky is endless blue. I will be enjoying my practice each morning on the bluff facing the clear lake horizon, I am open to the present and it flows through me.

- Both Tuesday and Thursday Kids class offerings are cancelled for the remainder of Summer (see schedule). Feel free to bring your kids with you (use your best judgement) to class. all instructors are open to receiving new students of all ages where appropriate.
- Summer is real and right now. We have new stock of Be Present shorts, halters and camis. Yoga wear helps get you in the right BHAVA (mood) for practice. Yummy.
- Have not been in the salon yet? July is the month to try a visit with Raven,Amy or Stephen (all fabulous!). New salon clients receive 20% off their first visit. Also - July salon clients can put their name in a drawing for a gift basket of full size Pureology products. What are you waiting for?
